Directions to Marston Hall

To navigate from the Memorial Union to Marston Hall (approximately 10 minutes walking):

• Exit the parking ramp to the North on the ground level.
• Walk towards the Northwest following the sidewalk that is adjacent to Union Drive.
• Continue past Carver Hall and Beardshear Hall.
• Once you are past Beardshear, turn left (West) and Marston Hall will be the building directly in front.

Checking In

Your interview team must check in with Engineering Career Services in 3200 Marston Hall (on the third floor). Our office opens at 8:00 am.

At check-in, we ask for a business card from each company representative. We will ask for a copy of your schedule for the day if your interviews were not scheduled through CyHire – you can bring an extra copy, email us your schedule, or we can make a copy for you.

Directions to Gerdin Business Building

To navigate from the Memorial Union to the Gerdin Business Building (approximately 2-minute walk):

• Exit the parking ramp to the North on the ground level.
• Head North on campus and cross the street.
• The Gerdin Business Building will be directly to your right.

Checking In

Please check in upon arrival at the Business Career Services office (1320 Gerdin). At this time, we will show you to your interview room(s).

We ask for a business card from each company representative and a copy of your interview schedule – you can bring an extra copy, email us your schedule, or we can make a copy for you.

Directions to Curtiss Hall

You will be interviewing in Curtiss Hall. Exit the parking ramp to the North on the ground level proceeding north via the sidewalk to Curtiss Hall which is the third building on the right.  (You will see a map on a sign showing all the locations on campus on the sidewalk just north of the ground level exit from the parking ramp.)  Enter Curtiss Hall on the west side of the building using the doors under the large staircase.

Directions to Ag and Life Sciences Career Services – Room 15 Curtiss Hall

The Ag and Life Sciences Career Services office is located on the ground floor of Curtiss Hall.

Directions to Carver Hall

To navigate from the Memorial Union to Carver Hall:

• Exit the parking ramp to the North on the ground level.
• Walk towards the Northwest following the sidewalk that is adjacent to Union Drive.
• Continue to Carver Hall.

Directions to Liberal Arts and Sciences Career Services – Room 150 Carver Hall

The Liberal Arts and Sciences office is located on the ground floor of Carver Hall, in Room 150.

Directions to MacKay Hall

Exit the parking ramp to the north on the ground level proceeding north via the sidewalk to MacKay Hall (see the campus map). Enter MacKay Hall using the steps in front of the building and turn right after going through the second set of doors. We are located in the second office with glass doors (131 MacKay Hall). Please let me know if you would prefer a route without stairs.

It is about a 10 minute walk from the parking ramp to MacKay Hall. Two-hour metered parking spots may be available closer to MacKay, but we are unable to validate parking for these. The metered lots are green on the parking map.
