Mission Statement for Career Services

The Iowa State University Career Services is a coordinated network of career services offices offering a broad range of programs and services for undergraduate, professional, and graduate students, faculty, staff, alumni, and employers. These services include career exploration, career development, experiential learning, and professional career search assistance programs. The goal is to provide constituents with life-long skills to assist with career development and exploration.

Mission Statement for Career Services Council

The Career Services Council reviews and sets policies as they relate to legal, ethical, and professional practice related to the recruitment, hiring, and selection of students and alumni in experiential learning and full-time employment. The Council facilitates communication and collaboration between career service offices and university constituents. The goal of the Career Services Council is to provide leadership to the university regarding career-related programs and issues.
